John Robb, Co-Founder and CEO

As co-founder and CEO, John Robb has a vested interest in maintaining SourcePanel’s market leadership position by deploying high-performing teams of experts that deliver exceptional results for customers. His commitment to service delivery and operational excellence sets the standard at SourcePanel. John possesses more than 15 years of management experience in technology.

Prior to SourcePanel, John was President of 1Pointe, Inc., where he grew the company into one of the most successful managed service providers in the region before selling the company in 2009. Prior to 1Pointe, John worked as a technology consultant for Metro Information Services — a national provider of technology consulting services.

John is a graduate of the University of Oregon with degrees in Political Science and Business and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is married with two daughters and resides in Portland, Oregon. Outside of work, John enjoys family time, culinary adventures, USTA tennis and working as a volunteer with the Portland Literacy Council.

Nate Grover, Co-Founder and CTO

Nate Grover has been building robust scalable web sites for fifteen years. He is passionate about user satisfaction which comes from good technology and implementation. Nate loves developing technology to make real-world processes easier and streamlined. He is dedicated to making SourcePanel do just that.

Prior to SourcePanel Nate was the founder and Principal of Simple Dynamics, a technology consulting firm specializing in helping companies ensure their application development initiatives are scalable. During his time with Simple Dynamics Nate helped clients in many sectors including big data, social media, SaaS, and online retail.

Nate is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and is an avid rock climber. He is married with two boys.

Joshua Wedekind, Director of Customer Experience

Joshua Wedekind grew up in Kansas and discovered the beauty and charm of the Pacific Northwest while stationed at Ft. Lewis. He has a diverse professional background having worked as a chemist, radiology technologist, air traffic controller, and software engineer. Before joining SourcePanel, Joshua founded Seattle-based Nostalg.io, a web development and UX/UI agency with a focus on digital customer experience.

Joshua is married and resides in Seattle, WA. He enjoys volunteering his technical expertise to help local nonprofits and is also an adjunct professor at Seattle Central College.
